After much searching for a font to use for the UMN logo, I decided to create my own letters. Initially, this was just the 'U', 'M', and 'N', but later I produced the full alphabet in both upper and lower-case form. This font, 'Phool's United Mission', was then used as a mast heading font for the various publications that we produced, including UMNews and the Annual Report.
