A poster and DVD sleeve was made for the Nepali film Bijay! (2014).
In the film, the protagonist, Bijay, is obsessed with becoming a football star, and it almost destroys his relationship with his long-suffering girlfriend. On the wall of his small room, he has a few posters of his favourite football stars. There's a key scene in the film is when he sees a butterfly emerge from its cocoon. This symbolises Bijay’s need for change.
In discussions with the film's director and producer it was decided on the concept of making it look like he was in a poster, but also interacting with his girlfriend who was outside of the poster. A butterfly was added to the football for a subtle hint at the changes to come.
